Ingredients of white cheese and olives for breakfast




  1. olive oil: 2 tbsp
  2. red pepper: 1 grain (finely chopped)
  3. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Eggs: 4 pieces
  6. Tomato: 4 grains (large size / peeled and chopped)
  7. Parsley: 1 tablespoon (minced / garnished)
  8. White cheese: 100 grams (cut into small cubes)
  9. Black Olives: 1/2 cup (without seeds)


How to prepare Shakshoka with white cheese and olives for breakfast





  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add hot red pepper and garlic and stir them for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and salt and stir them for 15 minutes until tomatoes are ground.
  4. Add cheese and olives and stir them for 5 minutes.
  5. Add eggs, fold the skillet, and leave it  to simmer ( any degree)
  6. Spread the parsley and serve it  hot, you can serve it with  toast.
