  1. Eggs: 5 pieces
  2. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Parsley: 1 tablespoon (minced)
  6. Capsicum: 1/2 cup (minced cubes)
  7. 1 tomato: 1 small size / finely chopped
  8. Milk: 1/4 cup
  9. Turkey Breast: 100 grams (minced small squares)



How to prepare grilled eggs with vegetables and turkey for breakfast


  1. Grease the cupcake tray with oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and parsley.
  4. Add baking powder and whisk them .
  5. Add colored pepper, tomato, turkey and mix them .
