  3. Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Butter: 1 tablespoon
  5. Smoked salmon: 40 grams (minced)
  6. olive oil: a teaspoon


How to prepare salmon omelette for breakfast





  1. Whisk the eggs in a dish and season it with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan, then add the scrambled eggs and leave it for a minute until cooked.
  3. Add the chopped salmon to the middle of the omelette, then fold the other half over it.
  4. Add olive oil and leave the omelette for another 30 seconds.
  5. Serve the omelette with the salmon hot alongside with the toast
