Ingredients


  1. 4 x potatoes
  2. 2 x Cucumber (Pickled Wide Slices)
  3. 2 x large parsley (chopped)
  4. 2 x large olive oil
  5. 1 x Apple
  6. 1 x Onion(Cubes)
  7. 1 x large balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 x pinch of ground black pepper


Steps




  1. Wash the potatoes with water thoroughly, climbing correct in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 20 minutes.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked and not completely cooked, wash them with cold water, peel them and cut them.
  3. Add the onion to the potatoes.
