  1.  1 fresh chicken thigh
  2.  1 fresh chicken breast
  3.  3 cups (720 ml) of water

  6.  4 fresh celery, finely chopped

  8.  2 cloves garlic, minced
  9.  1 fresh rosemary branch
  10.  1 cup (360 ml) of cooking cream

How to prepare :

Boil the thigh and chest in a large bowl with the addition of water and garlic and cook them over high heat to boil and then leave the pot covered on low heat for 10 minutes.
