10 Minute Sesame Ramen Noodles recipe

I love eating ramen noodles boiled with a salty packet of seasoning, I think everybody loves it!  we care about our body, so we don’t need ALL that sodium, but we need quick, easy and healthy recipes, we start wondering what else can I do what that packet of crunchy noodles?!  While we’re at it, this Ramen recipe is absolutely out of this world and we also love this tasty Veggie Beef Ramen too!

some advice helps you make ramen better?

first, ditch the spice/salt packet that comes with the noodles and makes your own sauce.
second, The ingredients for this recipe are sesame oil, packaged ramen noodles, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha.  The sriracha can be added to your own taste.

third, start by cooking your noodles according to package instructions.   heat your sesame oil in a medium skillet and saute the garlic for about one minute.  then Remove the pan from the heat and stir it in the remaining sauce ingredients.  Then, drain your ramen and toss them in the sauce!

fourth, eat these noodles as are or taste them and see if you’d like more spice.  If so, add a bit more sriracha until the desired heat is reached.   Top these with chopped green onions, peanuts, or sesame seeds!

  1. 2 3 Ounce Packages of Ramen Noodles, Seasoning Packet Discarded
  2. 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  3. 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  4. 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
  5. 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  6. 2 teaspoons Sriracha

  1. Cook the ramen noodles without the seasoning packet as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the garlic, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sriracha until combined.
  5. Toss the noodles with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired.
