Looking for a cheap and delicious recipe? But also easy to do? You are in the right place ! This recipe of roasted potatoes is a delight. My daughter loves these little round potatoes, no matter how I prepare them. But she enjoys eating them ! And it's not the only one, the whole family loves it! Do not worry this recipe is super easy to do .




To prepare this recipe, one of my friends gave me organic chives. She smells so good and she has an authentic earthy smell! I used a boot that I paired with garlic, butter and parmesan cheese. I usually slice my potatoes to make a kind of hash. But this time, I left them whole. It was a great idea as they were perfectly tender and melted after being roasted in the oven!

I have been careful to evenly coat the skin of the potatoes with garlic butter and chives. And Parmesan on top has added new flavors. These potatoes are absolutely delicious. 



Ingredients for 4 people :

  1.  60 g of sweet butter
  2.  4 cloves of minced garlic
  3.  3 tablespoons of chopped chives
  4.  3 pinches of pepper
  5.  1/4 teaspoon of salt
  6.  30 g of Parmesan (in a bag)
  7.  1 kg small potatoes washed, rinsed and drained

How to do Prepare it :


 time: 10 min - Cooking time: 30 min . 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C . 
  2. Melt the butter for 30 seconds in the microwave. 
  3. Add the garlic, chives, pepper, salt and 15 g Parmesan to the melted butter.  
  4. Stir to mix them well. 
  5. Put the potatoes in a container and pour this mixture over them.
  6.  Mix the potatoes with the garlic and chive butter. 
  7.  Stir them well so that they are well coated with garlic and chive butter. 
  8.  put them in baking dish or skillet. 
  9.  Cover them with a sheet of baking paper.
  10.  Roast them for 30 minutes. 
  11. After 30 minutes, remove the dish from the oven. 
  12.  Stir them again with the garlic and chive butter remaining in the bottom of the dish.
  13.  Sprinkle the potatoes with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
