Ingredients:

For Kofta:


  1. 450 grams minced beef
  2.  225 grams minced chicken
  3.  1/2 cup banco or rusk
  4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5.  1 egg
  6.  2 grated garlic cloves
  7. Salt and pepper 

for sauce:

  1.  1/2 cup brown sugar
  2.  1/2 cup barbecue sauce (paprika sauce)
  3.  2 teaspoons dried pepper flakes or as desired
  4.  Chopped chives, garnish



How to prepare :

Mix the kofta ingredients in a large bowl and form the mixture into balls.

Heat a large frying pan with a little oil and gently add the meat balls one by one.

Stir the meat balls in the oil for about 4 minutes on each side, then remove the excess fat in the pan and leave only a few spoons of it in the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of water and remove any small pieces of meat sticks in the pan so that it does not burn, then add brown sugar and a little water as well.
