Ingredients:


  1. 900 gm beef steak diced 
  2. 1 teaspoon salt 
  3. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
  4. 1/3 cup flour 
  5. 3 tbsp oil 
  6. 1 onion, minced 
  7. 2 cloves garlic, chopped 
  8. 5 cups broth 
  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  11. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  12. 1 teaspoon salt 
  13. 2 bay leaves 
  14. 3 carrots 
  15. 2 celery stems
  16. 3 potatoes 
  17. 168 grams of mushrooms
  18. optional ( Maize)


How to prepare :



·
Cut the meat into cubes and dry it with paper towels and then season it  with salt and pepper.

Cover the meat with flour.

Heat the oil in a non-stick cooking pan over medium heat, then add the meat pieces.

Stir the meat until it is brown and raise it aside.

In the same pan add the onion and a little oil, stir them for 5-6 minutes until it  become transparent, then add the garlic and stir them for another minute.

Add the broth, meat, spices and Worcestershire sauce, then let the broth to boil, cover the pot and simmer them for an hour or until the meat is tender.

Add the vegetables, cover the pot and leave it for another hour, then add salt and pepper to taste.
