  2. 1 tablespoon honey
  3. 1 tsp vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  5.  1 large carrot chopped julienne
  6.  3 chopped green onions Julienne
  7. A handful of fresh mint leaves
  8. A bunch of fresh coriander leaves

How to prepare :
