  1. 250 gm of spaghetti 
  2. 8 meatballs 
  3. ½ small chopped onion 
  4. 1 minced garlic clove 
  5.  200g minced tomatoes 
  6.  1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  7.  1 liter meat broth 
  8.  2 tbsp Worcester Shear Tomato paste 
  9.  1 teaspoon fine sugar 
  10.  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  11.  1 fresh rosemary branch 
  12. 3 bay leaves 
  13. 3 cloves 
  14.  grated cheese 
  15. olive oil 
  16. salt and black pepper

How to prepare :
Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan, then place the meatballs and cook them for 8 minutes so that they acquire brown color from all sides and then set them  aside

Place the garlic and onion meat balls with bay leaves, rosemary, cloves and gently stir them  for 3: 4 minutes.
