Ingredients


  1.  A piece of beef. 
  2. 1/2 cup of pomegranate molasses. 
  3. olive oil. 
  4. Teaspoon of soy sauce. 
  5. Teaspoon of black pepper. 
  6. 4 cloves of mashed garlic.
  7.  2 onions cut into rings. 
  8. 2 teaspoons of salt.


How to prepare





  1.  Wash the meat thoroughly with water and set it aside in a bowl. 
  2. Put the pomegranate molasses in another bowl, add 1/4 cup of olive oil and soy sauce and stir them until well combined. 
  3. Add the chopped garlic, salt, black pepper and stir them. 
  4. Put the beef over the previous marinade and stir them well to cover the marinade from all sides. 
  5. Cover the pot and place it in the refrigerator for one full night until the flavoring is soaked. 
  6. Put the amount of olive oil in a large pan on the fire and then put the meat and stir it until it become red from both sides and then set it aside.
  7.  put the onion rings in the oil until browned and then put in the previous meat marinade. 
  8. Put the meat again in the marinade with the onion and stir it a little.
  9.  Place the piece of meat with the marinade in the tray to be roasted, then cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the hot oven for an hour or depending on the temperature of the oven. 
  10. Remove the aluminum foil and roast the meat from the top, then serve it with a range of appetizers such as eggplant marinated, French fries, mayonnaise or ketchup.
