Making Pomegranate Juice

Cooking Method 


  1. 5 large pomegranates. 
  2. Water.

How to prepare: 

Use a sharp knife to remove the top end of the pomegranate. 
Divide the pomegranate into several sections, then break the sections and separate them. 
Fill a large bowl with cold water. 
Place the small pomegranate pieces inside the blender, and mix them at a high speed for 20 to 30 seconds. 
Strain the juice into the strainer, until the juice will begin to descend slowly, so use a rubber spatula to filter the juice faster, then pour the juice into the serving cups. 

Note: It is possible to keep the juice in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 days.
