Cauliflower Spaghetti With Alfredo Sauce

  1.  envelope of spaghetti
  2.  1/4 cup of grated turkey cheese. 
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. 
  4. 1/2 head of washed cauliflower. 
  5. Teaspoon of cumin. 
  6. 4 cloves of chopped garlic. 
  7. Grated 2 grains of lemon. 
  8. 2 cups of water.
  9.  A cup of chicken broth. 
  10. Tablespoon of oil. 
  11. 3/4 of a cup of frozen peas. 
  12. Tablespoon of butter. 
  13. A glass of milk.

How to prepare

  1.  Place the water in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the cumin and salt to it and stir them together. 
  2. Add the cauliflower to the water in the pot and let it soften, then filter it out of the water while leaving it aside. 
  3. Mash the drained cauliflower in a dish aside, and add spaghetti to the pot of salted and boiled water. 

Prepare the Alfredo sauce:

  1.  Put the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add garlic to it to smear it and add the mashed cauliflower to it with milk. 
  2. Leave the mixture on the fire until it boils and water is reduced, seasonit  with black pepper and salt. 
  3. Add the peas to the ingredients in the pot and cook it for 5 minutes on the fire, then filter the spaghetti from the water and add it to the saucepan with the addition of turkey cheese to it. 
  4. Remove the pot from the fire and add to it: lemon , parsley and butter and stir well together.

Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

  1.  a bead of sweet red pepper, medium size and chopped. 
  2. 500 grams of spaghetti.

How to prepare

  1.  Put 12 cups of water in a large saucepan over the fire and then add spaghetti, a tablespoon of salt and oil to it and let it boil. 
  2. Bring the water to a boil for 8 minutes, drain it and set it aside.
  3.  Place the oil in a medium saucepan, add the garlic and onions, stirring them for 10 minutes over medium heat. 
  4. Add the tomato paste, oregano, red pepper, black pepper, salt, vinegar, cumin, paprika, chilli and tomato to the saucepan and cover them, then simmer them for 15 minutes or the sauce becomes dense. 
  5. Put the boiled spaghetti in a serving dish, then distribute the sauce over it and serve it hot.

Pesto Spaghetti

How to prepare

 Pesto sauce:
