Lentil Soup

 Preparation Time 35 minutes

 Lentil soup ingredients:

  1.  500 grams of red lentils. 
  2. 8 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth. 
  3. 3/4 Cup  of butter. 
  4. 1 tablespoon of: 

               Onion, finely chopped. 
               Crushed Cumin. 
  1. Salt - as desired . 
  2. Chili red pepper - as desired . 
  3. 2 leeks. 
  4. 5 cloves of garlic. 
  5. 4 grains of carrots.

To serve it : 

  1. Oven baked  bread with a little olive oil. 
  2. Lemonade. 
  3. Soft Red Pepper.

How to prepare 

  1. Wash the lentils with cold water to get rid of the impurities and then filtered them from the water. 
  2. Add the butter in a saucepan and raise it on fire until heated. 
  3. Add the vegetables and fry them with stirring then season them with salt. 
  4. Add the lentils and half the amount of cumin, stirring them slightly.
