Today we are talking about healthy almond and cranberry granola that have a very delicious flavor and are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. 

In order to prepare these balls you need:

  1. 1 cup (60 ml) pure maple syrup 
  2. 2 cups (60 grams) crispy brown rice grains, 
  3. 1 cup (16 grams) dried berries, chopped
  4. 1 teaspoon (15 ml) almond extract, 
  5. 1 cup turquoise blueberry 
  6. 1 150 (150 grams) cup of oats (gluten-free, if you are allergic)

How to prepare

  1.  Preheat the oven at 325 ° F (163 ° C) with a baking sheet covered with silicon or butter paper. 
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with almond extract until the two blend together and release simple bubbles.
  3. Place the maple syrup with stirring.
  4. Then add the turquoise berries, then pour the crunchy brown rice and oats and gently stir them using a flat scoop until the grains are covered with the mixture. 
  5. Brush the mixture in the prepared baking tray.
  6.  Place them in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 ° F (163 ° C). 
  7. Gently stir and move the blocks across the tray to disassemble the granola and prevent the parties from burning. 
  8. Leave it for another 10 minutes, gently stir and then bake it for 5 to 9 minutes (total bake in the oven 35-39 minutes) or until the granola is golden and crispy. 
  9. Leave the granola to cool completely in the tray at the room temperature before spraying the minced dried berries over it and put it to an closed jar.
