Blackberry Cake

Ingredient:

  6. 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 12 pieces cream cheese (unsalted)
  8. 1 cup whole milk
  9. 2 cups cream
  10. ½ kilo black berries washed and drained
  11. Green mint for decoration


How to make a sweet dessert: Blackberry cake:


  1. Whisk biscuits in an electric blender or grinder.
  2. Mix the biscuits with liquid butter and you may need to add a little butter.
  3. Put the biscuits in the tray of the cheese cake and press the biscuits well after distribution in the tray before entering the refrigerator For at least an hour.
