Ingredients

  1. 300 g potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 400 g chopped tomatoes
  4. 100 ml vegetable broth
  5. 2 teaspoons Garam Masala (Spicy Indian Spices)
  6. 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground coriander and cumin seeds
  7. teaspoon red hot pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  9. 2 cloves garlic
  10. 400 g hummus
  11. 4 cod fillet
  12. A bunch of fresh coriander leaves


How to prepare


  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. 
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and sprinkle them with a little oil and add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Then add the  masala, turmeric, ground coriander, cumin seeds, chili red pepper, ginger and garlic, stir them until well combined and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove it from the oven and add chickpeas and stir it. 
  4. Season the cod fillet and place it over the potatoes and chickpeas and bring it back to the oven for 10-12 minutes. 
  5. put it in a serving dish and decorate it with fresh coriander leaves.
