Ingredients steak lemon flavor

  1. Steak: 6 pieces (meat / crushed)
  2. Olive oil: 5 tbsp
  3. Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  4. Honey: tablespoon
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Butter: 5 tbsp
  7. Garlic: cloves (mashed)
  8. Dried herbs: a tablespoon
  9. Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon


How to prepare lemon steak



  1. Mix the lemon juice  and two tablespoons of olive oil, honey and soy well, add the steak and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  2. Heat the rest of the olive oil in a large skillet over the fire and stir the marinated steak until browned and seasoned it with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat the butter in the same pan and add the garlic and herbs and stir them for two minutes.
  4. Return the meat to the pan and stir them for 5 minutes until the flavors mix and serve it hot along with potatoes or vegetables as desired.
