  4. 1/2  teaspoon of vanilla. 
  5. Tablespoon of butter. 
  6. A very small sprinkle of table salt. 
  7. 1 tablespoon of butter to grease a tray or cake mold. 
  8. 2 tablespoons of flour to cover the bottom and sides of the cake mold.

  2. Whisk the egg yolk in the electric blender, and add the sugar gradually, while continuing to mix until the sugar dissolves. 
  3. Gradually add the milk mixture to the yolk mixture, turn the mixer on, and bring the mixture back to the saucepan, until it boils well and the mixture is firm. 
  4. Pour the mixture into another bowl, set it aside for half an hour until it cools down, then add the vanilla and stir it again. 
  5. put the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

 How to prepare the cake

  1.  Prepare the cake tray, brush it with butter, sprinkle it with flour, and shake off the remaining flour. 
  2. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. 
  3. Mix the flour, cocoa, and vanilla in a large bowl. 
  4. Mix the egg yolks and sugar using an electric mixer, until the mixture is creamy, then gradually add the flour mixture. 
  5. Whisk the egg whites in a small bowl, add a small sprinkle of salt, and gradually add the mixture to the ingredients in the electric blender. 
  6. Pour the cake mixture into the oven tray, and bring it to the oven for 40 minutes until the cake is well cooked. 
  7. Remove the cake from the oven, and leave it inside the tray until it cool. 
  8. Cut the cake into two parts horizontally, place the bottom of it in a large dish, decorate it with ice cream, and cover it with the second part of the cake. 
  9. Put the cake into the refrigerator, until the cream is prepared.

Prepare the cream

  1.   Whisk the cream and vanilla using an electric blender, and continue to mix them until the cream is firm. 
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, let it cool, add it to the cream, and mix them again. 
  3. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and decorate the face, all sides with cream. 
  4. Decorate the cake face with colored chocolate grains.
