  2.  In the roasting bowl, put 2 tablespoons of oil and put the scrambled eggs for a minute until they cooked and set aside. 
  3. Put the ginger in the same bowl with the vegetables and continue stirring then add the rice and continue stirring. 
  4. Add to the previous mixture green onions, shrimp, soy sauce and stir all the ingredients together and then serve.
