Ingredients

 dough ingredients:

  1.  30 g of cocoa powder. 
  2. 300 g powdered sugar. 
  3. 500 g flour.

Filling Ingredients:

  2. 250 g milk chocolate. 
  3. 6 medium-sized eggs. 
  4. 1 and 4/3 cup of sugar. 
  5. 6 tablespoons of water.

How to prepare


prepare the filling:

  1.  Put the sugar and water in a saucepan over high heat and stir them to dissolve the sugar and the water begins to boil. 
  2. Let the pot boil until we get a thick mixture, then remove it from the fire.

  4. Beat the eggs well and then pour the amount of 2/3 the amount of sugar gradually with a quick and continuous stirring. 
  5. Add the vanilla to the egg yolks and beat them well. 
  6. Pour the remaining third of the sugar mixture gradually and keep whisking well until we get a loose mixture. 
  7. Melt the chocolate and butter by placing them in a water bath.

  9. Add the cocoa powder and stir them until the cocoa dissolves. 
  10. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg yolks and whisk the ingredients again  well.

  1. Put the flour and butter in an electric whisk bowl and whisk the ingredients. 
  2. Increase the speed of the whisk gradually until we get a sandy texture and collect the resulting dough, taking care not to rub it.
  3.  Add the powdered sugar, almond powder and cocoa and whisk the ingredients well. 
  4. Put the eggs and beat the ingredients again and well. 
  5. Remove the dough from the whisk and shape it into a circle. 
  6. Cover the dough with nylon paper then enter it to the refrigerator for half an hour. 
  7. Light the oven at 170 ° C. 
  8. On a table top, roll the dough and place it in the tray and spread it completely. 
  9. Put the tray into the oven and leave it to brown and cook well.
  10.  Remove the tray from the oven and let the pie cool.
