Chocolate balls 

Easy No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Balls Recipe



Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients 

  1. 4 envelopes of plain biscuits. 
  2. 5 tablespoons of chocolate after melting. 
  3. Tablespoon of melted butter. 
  4. 30 milliliters of liquid milk or as needed. 
  5. Smooth coconut. 
  6. Almonds .
How to prepare 


  1. Break the biscuits and then grind it in a deep bowl, preferably using a food processor to grind the biscuits. 
  2. Add the melted chocolate on the biscuits and mix well. 
  3. Add the melted butter over the previous mixture and knead it well. 
  4. Add the liquid milk and knead it until we have a coherent paste that we can easily make. 
  5. make balls of dough using the hand, and put inside it a grain of almonds, then close it, . 
  6. Arrange it in a serving dish, and serve it cold

Ingredients 


  1. A glass of cocoa powder. 
  2. 2 cups of water. 
  3. 2 cups of melted butter, equivalent to 2 small butter fingers. 
  4. 6 tablespoons of milk powder. 
  5. Cuba ground sugar. 
  6. 6 cans of plain cookies. 
  7. Coconut grated. 
  8. Nuts like cashews, almonds, and pistachios. 
  9. Raisins ( optional).
How to prepare


  1.  Put pot on the fire, then put the butter and wait until it melts, then add cocoa, sugar, milk, water, and gently stir them until all the ingredients are homogeneous and we have a thick mixture. 
  2. put the mixture to cool, then put in the freezer for a quarter of an hour. ( 15 minutes
  3. Chop the small nuts  and set it aside, then  break the plain biscuits into very small pieces, and leave it aside, and  chop the raisins into small and medium pieces. 
  4. Remove the dough from the freezer and mix it with crushed biscuits, nuts and raisins. 
  5. Put the mixture back in the freezer for a quarter of an hour ( 15 minutes). 
  6. Remove the mixture from the freezer and start making medium-sized balls using your hands. 
  7. Put the grated coconut in a large bowl, and roll the balls we made over the coconut until it is completely covered. 
  8. Put the balls in the serving dish, and place them again in the freezer for 20 minutes. 
  9. Remove them from the freezer and serve cold with coffee.

Ingredients

  1.  a glass of liquid milk. 
  2. Tablespoon butter. 
  3. 1/2 cup of sugar. 
  4. 1/2 cup of coconut. 
  5. cup of Soft semolina .
  6.  cup cocoa powder. 
  7. Pinch of cinnamon. 
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
  9.  Chocolate for decoration
Preparation method


  1.  In a saucepan, put the milk and butter in a bowl over low heat and stir them until the butter melts, add the sugar and stir well, add the coconut, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon, then Stir them and stop only when it boils. 
  2. Add the semolina and stir them well to obtain a cohesive dough, then remove the dough from the fire and leave it to cool. 
  3. In another saucepan, put the cocoa with a spoon of butter and a little milk over low heat and stir it until it is completely dissolved. 
  4. form the dough into small balls, then dip it in chocolate, then in cocoa or cornflakes, put it in the fridge and then serve it cold.


Tips

 You can place chocolate balls in the food container and store them in the freezer or refrigerator. 
It is best to dissolve cocoa in a little water before adding it. 
Butter should be thawed until it softens and remains white, and not thawed too much until it becomes yellow.
