  1.  2 eggs.

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. 
  9. 1 teaspoon baking powd


Preparation 


  1. In the electric mixer put flour, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, milk, sugar, oil, and mix them well. 
  2. Peel the apple and cut it into slices or small cubes. 
  3. Bring a bowl and put the apple and cinnamon, and mix them until the cinnamon is well distributed. 
  4. Brush the cake mold with oil or obesity and sprinkle a little flour. 
  5. Pour the cake mixture into the mold, then arrange the apple pieces with cinnamon on the face of the mold. 
  6. Put the mold in the oven at 300 ° C, and leave until the apples and the cake are cooked.

  4. 5 tablespoons butter. 
  5. 1 Tablespoon and half vanilla.

  7. 4 large or medium sized apples

How to prepare 


  1. We prepare a deep bowl, put flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder, and mix them well until we have a creamy mix. 
  2. Peel the apple, cut it into rings and place it in a deep bowl of water and lemon juice, so that it does not change it color. 
  3. Bring the baking tray, put a cup of sugar, and put it on the fire with stirring constantly until the color changes to the color of the caramel or dark brown, add the butter and let it sprinkle, then add half a cup of boiling water, and stir them well. 
  4. Put the apple rings in the caramel mix slowly , turn off the fire.
  5.  Pour the cake mixture over the apple and the caramel mixture gently, and distribute it well. 
  6. Put the caramel apple cake tray into the oven at medium temperature, for half an hour. 
  7. Remove the tray from the oven and leave it slightly, then flip up the apple cake in the serving dish.
