this what we call t love at first sight, these No-Bake Cheesecake Bites! They are so easy to make and have an amazing taste . for me I love cheesecake in any form, this no-bake bite doesn’t require a mixer and only has 5 ingredients? Yes!

The cheesecake center is creamy, smooth and sweet and the graham cracker crumbs give it that distinct cheesecake taste. They are dipped in chocolate which takes them over the top and makes them even better if that’s possible.

These No-Bake Cheesecake Bites doesn't require too much time- the most time-consuming part of this cheesecake recipe is letting the cheesecake batter chill. So, I mix them and let them chill overnight, then scoop and dip them the next day. you need at least a 1-hour minimum. try to use a cookie scoop so all the bites will have the same size. just spray it with non-stick spray and scoop. also, try to roll them between palms to get perfectly round balls.

Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

 the ingredients

  1. 8oz cream cheese, room temperature
  2. 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  3. 1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  4. 4 cups powdered sugar
  5. 10 oz chocolate chips

How to prepare

  1. mix the cream cheese and butter In a large bowl together until combined.
  2. Add in the graham cracker crumbs then mix them well.
  3. Add in the powdered sugar, until it is all mixed in.
  4. Cover and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  5. Put a piece of wax paper on the counter and remove the batter from the fridge.
  6. Scoop into balls and roll in between palms if necessary. 
  7. Place on wax paper.
  8. Place them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
  9. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds to make sure it doesn’t harden up. 
  10. Dip balls into chocolate.
  11. Place back on wax paper and let them cool until chocolate has hardened.
  12. Store them in the fridge.
