  7. 1/2 cup of oil.
  8.  A glass of water.

How to prepare


  1. Mix flour, vanilla, baking powder, yeast, milk and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the oil and mix them well. 
  3. Divide the dough into 4 sections, spread each section using a rectangular mortar, grease the face with butter, sprinkle the cinnamon and ground sugar into the dough and roll it, then cut it into 3 sections, and so on until you finish the amount of the dough, then let it rest for 1/2 hour. 
  4. Grease the tray with oil, place the cinnamon rolls neatly, and bake it in the oven for 1/2 hour, until the color of the face  become  brown from the top, and after it is ready, add the syrup to it ( if you don't know how to make sugar syrup you can visit this link )

  1.  4 cups and 1/4 of flour. 
  2. 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. 
  3. 2 tablespoons of yeast.

How to prepare





  1. Mix the yeast in warm water, and in another bowl mix the sugar, milk, butter, and flour, stir the ingredients well and add the yeast and water to it, then knead the ingredients to get a soft and slightly smooth paste and let it brew for an hour. 
  2. Divide the dough into several sections and roll it into a rectangle, then let it rest for 20 minutes. 
  3. Grease the face with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, then roll the dough in a cylindrical shape and cut it into several pieces.
  4.  Bring a bowl of butter and brown sugar, pour the mixture into the tray and sprinkle it with the chopped walnuts.
  5. Put the cinnamon rolls over the ingredients and let them rest for an hour, bake it in the oven for 1/2 hour, after that remove it from the oven .
  6. Serve it hot.
