How To prepare it 


  1.  1 kilo of chicken. 
  2. 1/4 cup of olive oil. 
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin 
  4. A teaspoon of turmeric. 
  5. Teaspoon sweet pepper. 
  6. 1 teaspoon ground pepper 
  7. teaspoon of salt. 
  8. Teaspoon ground black pepper. 
  9. Teaspoon of oregano. 
  10. A teaspoon of basil. 
  11. 2 large potatoes. 
  12. A large red bell pepper. 
  13. A large green pepper. garlic. 
  14. A large onion (cut into cubes). 
  15. Three tablespoons finely chopped parsley

How to prepare

  1. Put the spices in a small bowl, cumin, turmeric, paprika, hot chili, salt, pepper, oregano and basil, then stir them until all the spices are mixed. 
  2. Divide the quantity of our spices mix into two, put the first section on the chicken , don't forget to put the spices in the area between the skin and meat, and then put it in the oven tray medium size, and keep the remaining amount of spices to add them to the vegetables later. 
  3. Wash the potatoes well under water with a special vegetable cleaning brush to remove all dirt . 
  4. Peel the potatoes with a sharp knife, on the chopping board, chop the vegetables, then chop the potatoes into medium cubes and put them in a large bowl. 
  5. Cut the red, green and yellow peppers into medium cubes, add them to the potatoes in the bowl, then add the garlic, cut the onions into cubes and place them on the vegetables. 
  6. Spread the rest of the spices, add some olive oil to the vegetables, then stir them with the fingertips to spread the spices on the vegetables completely. 
  7. Spread the vegetables on chicken in the oven tray. 
  8. Put the dish in the oven for about an hour until the chicken and vegetables are cooked. 
  9. Take out the chicken dish with vegetables from the oven, sprinkle it with chopped parsley, and serve it if you want with white rice or any other dish .
